Growing up, I remember being relatively sickly, so I was frequently bombarded with vitamins and medicines. It eventually came to a point when my body would seemingly reject all the meds I’ve been taking. The doctor then advised us to take a break. We resorted to adding more fruits and vegetables, drinking lots of water, avoiding junk food, and sleeping early. Apart from that, regular exercise was added to help combat sickness.
At 44, my body is not in the best of shape anymore; and it’s not just enough that I eat a balanced meal everyday. I sometimes easily get tired and spent. Hay! Age is catching up na nga! Haha! And so, to somehow slow down and counter the laws of nature, I’ve added a few supplements to my diet to improve my overall health & wellness, and to fill the various nutritional gaps I may have. One of the supplements I take daily is Recogen.
Recogen helps keep my bones and joints strong and healthy
Recogen is a food and diet supplement with added calcium that helps in the health maintenance of both bones and joints. It benefits both young and elderly suffering from joint pains. It’s actually the right supplement for me since I’ve noticed having joint pains lately; and the usual vitamins I take just seems to be not enough.
So, I take Recogen on a daily basis, and this is how I do it…
I take 1 sachet of Recogen mixed into 200ml of my preferred drink like juice, water, or milk; it can be either hot or cold. I normally mix mine with guyabano juice. Recogen is tasteless, odourless, and dissolves easily, too. I usually take mine after breakfast, but you can consume it anytime of the day, whether before or after meals.
What’s also neat about Recogen is that it comes in convenient small sachet packs that can easily be brought along anywhere you go. 1 box contains 30 sachets; good for an entire month.
What I also like about Recogen is that it is easily digested and readily absorbed by the body. Daily intake of this supplement will aid in regeneration of cartilage and collagen-containing tissues. I actually noticed that during my regular exercise sessions, the soreness and aches that I would usually feel have disappeared. My mobility has greatly improved and I have even been able to increase the degree of difficulty on some of my workout routines.
Oh! By the way… Recogen contains NO sugar, salt, cholesterol, fats and artificial colours or flavours. That’s why Recogen is safe to take even if you are diabetic or high in cholesterol.

Since it has collagen too, which is a lifting supplement, it has also helped me maintain a youthful and radiant appearance.
