AirAsia formally launched the Farm-to-Air experience at Discovery Country Suites in Tagaytay.
The airline that was awarded the World’s Best Low Cost Carrier for ten straight years by Skytrax is pioneering this new concept.
With guests always in mind, the farm-to-air dining experience aims to serve healthy food using only fresh harvests and ingredients directly sourced from farmers across the country.
This initiative is also a part of AirAsia’s commitment to support Filipino farmers, social entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to give them a chance to be known and to earn.

Another highlight of the launch event was taking the group of media, bloggers and KOLs, along with Capt. Dexter Comendador, on a farm tour where AirAsia sources their ingredients.
Guests were able to see firsthand how meticulously AirAsia choose the ingredients to be used for their inflight meals. It is actually a nice opportunity for everyone to see where their food came.
I’m really happy that AirAsia pioneered this initiative. It’s a great way to offer better, healthier options, while helping to support our beloved farmers.
Expect to enjoy flavorful offerings that are deliciously fresh, organic and healthy every time you paint the skies red with AirAsia. This is truly an exceptional dining experience.
