French fine dining restaurant Impressions, makes Valentine’s weekend much sweeter with a special 5-course Degustation Menu Dinner Romance prepared by Executive Chef Cyrille Soenen and paired with exquisite Chandon sparkling wine. From appetizers to desserts, the set offers indulgence at its finest, highlighted by a choice between butter-roasted veal loin, lardon-wrapped codfish, or prime rib.

VICTORIA HARBOUR CAFÉ
Location: Ground Floor Gaming Area
Authentic Hong Kong diner Victoria Harbour Café serves up a quick fix with its hearts day hits. Enjoy Chef Charlie Simangan’s eastern comfort food specials and share a Harbour Love deluxe combination platter which includes a winter melon with seafood and bean curd, curry crispy fried fish fillet, beef steak Chinese style, and wok-fried noodles with shrimp, capped off with a sweet heart-shaped pudding.
