A Visit to Manaoag Church

My husband and I celebrated our 11 years of marriage and 15 years of togetherness just last March 24 of this year and it also happened to be a Palm Sunday! What better way to celebrate it than to spend a few hours at
Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag Church in Pangasinan. It isn’t my first time here but “a first” with my husband and 2 kids, so it made this visit particularly memorable. Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag

Going to Manaoag from San Carlos City took us about an hour. Since it was a Palm Sunday, traffic was pretty tough approaching the church.Outside shot

Not only was there traffic along the road, but inside and around the church premises as well – foot traffic, that is… Hehe. 😉Church goers

Manaoag isn’t usually known as a tourist destination but as a pilgrimage venue and I am just glad to have been able to visit the church again, to hear mass, to give thanks and to give back.Palm Sunday + Anniversary Mass

*Apologies if I wore shorts during our visit to Manaoag Church. I forgot to bring jeans or anything that would properly cover my legs during our Pangasinan trip. It won’t happen again. Promise. 😊
