Pilipinas Teleserv

At this day and age, almost everything is done online – shopping, research, studying, etc.
Being one who requires legal documents every now and then for either work or leisure travel, the mere thought of braving the long lines of government offices always leaves me with a headache. I’ve always wished there’d be an online solution to these dreadful queues. I’m sure I am not the only person longing for something like this.

Ever since I found out about Pilipinas Teleserv’s awesome online and phone-in service, lining up at the NSO or city hall to get our birth or marriage certificates, passport application/renewals have since been a thing of the past! Likewise, going the Pilipinas Teleserv route when facilitating papers, actually eliminates “red tape” and “fixers”.

Pilipinas Teleserv began operating back in June 2000. The company is highly experienced in inbound order taking as well as customer service activities. They are open to answer your calls 24/7, 365 days a year!

There are payment options for your convenience, too. You can pay thru Bayad Centers, Bancnet ATM and Metrobank. You can also pay online if you have a credit card. All applications will be processed the following working day once payment has been posted. For only Php330 per copy, your certificate will be conveniently delivered straight to your doorstep within 3-4 working days.

Below are Pilipinas Teleserv’s CitizenServices:

National Statistics Office (NSO) Birth Certificate Delivery Service allows you to enjoy nationwide door-to-door delivery of your copy of birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, and certificates of no marriage (CENOMAR) in the Philippines. No need to fall in line! Just give them a call. Birth certificate application is open 24 hours, 7 days a week, even on Sundays and holidays. With just a click or a phone call you can enjoy world class service through NSO Birth Certificate Delivery.

All applications for ePassports (electronic passports) will only be accepted and processed via the DFA appointment system. Applicants may set a passport appointment by going online through its dedicated website www.passport.com.ph or by calling the DFA Appointment Hotline. The new system aims to bring the passport application for passport renewal and new passport processing service at par with world class consular services. The service also comes with an option for passport delivery. The system is designed to help eliminate long queues formed with the old walk-in system, as the applicants would be pre-processed using information given via the hotline or online.

POEA Overseas Exit Clearance processing online is a citizen services by Teleserv in cooperation with the POEA for a more convenient service for every vacationing Overseas Filipino Worker. This service option allows OFWs to apply for their POEA OEC online via this website and have it delivered to their doorstep anywhere in the Philippines.
