We boarded our vehicle on a hot sunny day of April, 2010. It was a 2-hour land travel to Terrazas de Punta Fuego or Point of Fire which is conveniently located in Nasugbu, Batangas via Tagaytay-Nasugbu Tourism Highway. This exclusive residential community boasts of white sand and pristine clear water.
Go for a swim in their pool’s infinity signature design if the heat is too much to bear. This is where I enjoyed the most during our stay! It was so relaxing and you can see the beauty of the South China Sea from the pool. Apart from basking in the sun, one can luxuriate in a good massage in one of the Asian-inspired Cabanas. You can also try lounging in your own private space while waiting for the sun to set while taking a sip on your favorite refreshment from Cafe Sol. The young ones and young “once” alike can enjoy a game of billiards at the Game Hall while aspiring singers can take turns on the microphone inside the cozy air-conditioned KTV rooms. Terrazas features not just the beach and the pool. It has a Jacuzzi also.
You need not worry about your valuables while having fun in the sun as the resort has a secured locker room which you can easily avail for only P50.00. Interestingly, the air-conditioned locker doubles as a lounge too.
Terrazas de Punta Fuego, tagged as the playground of the rich, has been noted as one of the popular weekend destinations for several years now. May it be for families, intimate occasions and gatherings or corporate events. Incidentally, a famous couple from the showbiz world held their private wedding here just recently.
The trees you see around Terrazas de Punta Fuego are 50 to 100 years old.
So, let’s us plant more trees to save Mother Earth.
