For a busy mom like me who is always on the go, I make sure to maximize my day and not waste any second of it — or at least I try.
If I’m stuck on the road due to traffic (which is routine for people who live in Manila), I pull out out my phone and answer work emails. If time still permits, I try to finish a blog post. So when I get home, I can still spend some quality time with my family before we all hit the sack.
And since “time is gold”, putting on my makeup whenever I go to work or attend an event should also be quick. But even when I hurry doing my makeup, the process still eats up 30-40 minutes of my time — plus hair drying which eats up another 10 minutes. That’s almost an hour every time I am in front of my dresser!
So, I needed to find a better and more efficient way to speed things up. Besides, technology nowadays allows practically everything to be done every so quickly. Thankfully I found just the thing! I am sure you also would want to know what my solution was.
The answer: GlamTatz!
GlamTatz specializes in Digital Hyper Realistic Brows using Nano needles among many of their other wonderful services.
I know some of you have probably had your eyebrows done already. But this is pretty much new to me, so I was anxious and excited at the same time. I had my eyebrows and lashes fixed and beautified by my trusted doctor, Doc Claudine of Contours Advanced Face and Body Sculpting Institute, who also happens to be the proud owner of GlamTatz. She personally attended to me and made my Digital Hyper Realistic Brows using Nano needles.
Nano needles are so small that they have almost the size of a hair. The needle is used to create hair-like strands on your skin that seemingly replicates the actual hair of your eyebrows, making it look incredibly natural. Since the needles are small, it drastically lessens the risk of injuring your skin.
Here’s the actual look of my eyebrows.
Getting my fleek on at GlamTatz
STEP BY STEP:
Don’t worry about feeling any pain. An anesthetic gel is applied an hour before the treatment.
After about an hour and once all the gunk have been removed, Doc Claudine took over and talked me through it. We decided on the shape that I liked and the type of color to use.
Then, she measured my eyebrows to make sure the arches and length are symmetrical.
When everything’s all set, I was asked to lie down. Doc Claudine then started with the procedure by dipping the nano needle into the pigment.
Doc Claudine worked ever so patiently and with utmost precision to ensure that each stroke was perfect and to make both eyebrows look natural. She added a few strokes in between and added a few more lines on areas that were lacking to make both brows fuller but not bushy.
Note though that right after the procedure, your brows will look significantly darker, making your face look (for lack of a better word) “fierce”. But the shade will gradually fade a little after a few days until it achieves your desired color. A touch up is required after 2 weeks to make your brows look defined again.
Before and After
My undefined brows have been reshaped just the way I like it. I happily walked away with an amazing set of brows that I don’t have to spend countless minutes working on every single day.
3 months after and my eyebrows are still “on fleek”! Thanks, GlamTatz!
