Freezer Burn is now open at Bonifacio High Street! No, I’m not talking about the pale dry spots you see on frozen food when it hasn’t been properly sealed. Freezer Burn is Tasteless Group’s newest concept ice cream store. For those unaware, Tasteless Group is the company behind successful establishments such as Hole in the Wall, Scout’s Honor, Fowl Bread, Le Petit Souffle, and more.

With Chef Miko Aspiras whom I consider to be a dessert rockstar, known to make the best & craziest cakes in town, together with Kristine Lotilla manning the kitchen, you just know that guests of Freezer Burn can expect kick-ass, innovative desserts that are as creative as they are delicious.
