During the recent Ubi Festival 2016 in Bohol, we were billeted at Bohol Beach Club (BBC). When I heard that this was where we were staying at, I was kinda iffy and reluctant at first. Mainly because I’ve read a couple of not-so-good reviews about this resort. Having been to Bohol a good number of times already in just a span of the last 15 or so months and staying at different resorts providing world class and impeccable service, I was wondering if the unflattering reviews on the Bohol Beach Club were true. But to my pleasant surprise, contrary to what others say, this wonderful resort provided the same top-notch and exemplary service during my entire stay.
The beauty of Bohol Beach Club
Since I was able to spend a good while at the Bohol Beach Club, allow me to give you enough reasons why you should consider booking a room at the BBC.
Bohol Beach Club underwent major room renovations and have included new suites and modern facilities to provide top quality service and comfort to each guest. They also have a certain je ne sais quoi (“I do not know what”) that sets it apart from the other resorts in Bohol that I’ve been to. I guess part of its charm comes from the hospitality of each staff member I came across with while I was there.
This summer, Bohol Beach Club is the perfect vacation resort for the entire family. It boasts of 88 plush and well-appointed spacious rooms with a Filipino touch and the use of wooden furniture and local handicraft.

You no longer need to think of buying food outside the resort because Bohol Beach Club has a full-service restaurant called, “Agotata”, and a kiosk at the lobby where you can buy snacks, chips and even a good selection of summer essentials.
Agotata is open from 6:00AM to 10:00PM serving local favorites plus international dishes that are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The pool at Bohol Beach Club is perfect for those who want to just recline and relax or take a dip and while away the hours.
You can also head on over to the beach. The powdery white sand and fresh air will rejuvenate and recharge you from the stresses of work and urban life.
Bask in the sun, read a good book, listen to your favorite jam or enjoy a glass of your favorite drink.
Even if you happen to visit Bohol Beach Club during rainy days, fret not. Gloomy weather most definitely won’t put a damper on anyone’s stay.
