One of the lightest and simplest burger in terms of flavor. It has St. Nectaire cheese topped with Waldorf Salad which has apples, walnuts and celery. A nice play on sweet and salty flavors.
Monte Carlo (Php695.00)
I call this the “man burger”! It has black olive tapenade and Prosciutto ham that gives off a salty taste but the St. Nectaire cheese pleasantly neutralizes it with its nutty flavor profile. This burger will leave you wishing everyday was cheat day.
Chili con carne, spicy queso (cheese) sauce and crisp onion rings beautifully sits on top of the juicy wagyu patty. The heat slowly builds up but is nothing you can’t handle. Don’t forget to include the cilantro to complete that Mexican experience. This has got to be my favorite!
The Octoberfest (Php675.00) Burger on the other hand has Swiss cheese, braised red onions and served with a beer mustard. This most definitely tops my list on my next visit.
