Check-in on the go from your mobile phone from 14 days up to 1 hour before the scheduled departure time.
• Web Check-In
Check-in from home or the office from 14 days up to 1 hour before the scheduled departure time. Please ensure you have access to a printer to print your travel itinerary and boarding pass.
• Kiosk Check-In
Check-in at the airport via our easy to use airport Self Check-In kiosks, available from 24 hours up to 1 hour before your scheduled departure time.
AirAsia Self Check-In options are available for both Philippines’ AirAsia (PQ) and AirAsia Zest (Z2) flights.
