This has got to be my carnivore husband’s favorite! What was served during our visit, though, was a different cut of beef instead of sukiyaki slices but Osaka Ohsho used the same kinds of seasoning – Japanese sake, garlic and butter. The flavors of the 3 ingredients deliciously penetrates into each beef cube making it tasteful and juicy but still retaining the actual flavor of the beef.

The Lenten season may be over but the seafood feasting ain’t! Because at Osaka Ohsho, you can still feast on the freshest catch!
