Melts-in-your-mouth Crispy Pata that was simmered then deep fried! It’s equally delicious and crispy as how it looks and sounds. I don’t mind eating this again, even if it’s deadly for one’s diet!
Another mouth watering flagship dish offered here is their Livestock Crackling Pork Belly! (300grams: Php290.00 / 500grams: Php490.00 / Per 1 kilo: Php895.00)
Sitting beautifully on a wooden board with 2 kinds of dipping sauces. But with or without the sauce, this crispy bovine is good as it is! Well rendered fat, crispy skin, flavorful meat and oh so addicting!

This simple dish came to life with the addition of minced mushrooms, giving it a nice earthy flavor and texture that went well with the lemon butter caper sauce.
This lunch was a feast to the eyes and the potbelly. They sure know how to make a simple dish extraordinary!
