All applications for ePassports (electronic passports) will only be accepted and processed via the DFA appointment system. Applicants may set a passport appointment by going online through its dedicated website www.passport.com.ph or by calling the DFA Appointment Hotline. The new system aims to bring the passport application for passport renewal and new passport processing service at par with world class consular services. The service also comes with an option for passport delivery. The system is designed to help eliminate long queues formed with the old walk-in system, as the applicants would be pre-processed using information given via the hotline or online.
POEA Overseas Exit Clearance processing online is a citizen services by Teleserv in cooperation with the POEA for a more convenient service for every vacationing Overseas Filipino Worker. This service option allows OFWs to apply for their POEA OEC online via this website and have it delivered to their doorstep anywhere in the Philippines.
